Transport
In order for all participants within Denmark to have equal travel costs a basic fee for participation of 1775DKr is asked of all. This price includes a contribution towards travel costs to and from the Jamboree. The actual price payable per participant will depend on the location of the (Danish) group.

The remaining amount can then be spent on travel.
As participants of the Jamboree you can choose to buy transport under the common Jamboree arrangements or make your own individual arrangements. If you choose to use the Jamboree arrangements the inclusive price per participant for participation and travel will not exceed 1775DKr. All Jamboree participants can make use of these arrangements no matter their dates of travel to and from the camp. The greatest choice and availability of tickets will be on Saturday 21 July and Sunday 29 July.
Special service from Sjaelland
For groups from the Copenhagen area there will be special Scout and Guide trains on the main travel dates. These trains stop at Copenhagen Central Station, Høje Taastrup and Roskilde only. You will transfer for onward travel by coach in either Fredericia or Holstebro. If you use the Jamboree train ticket service the price will include connective services by regional trains and S-trains (private rail, bus and metro not included).
Coach services from other regions
For the rest of the country common transport by coach is available on the main travel dates. The price includes connections to the pick-up points in each district.
If a group has special requests, e.g. pick-up at their local group hut this is possible at a supplement price.
A group can purchase travel for their members from/to all transport points in the country, but the price reduction is calculated according to the home address of the group.
Important dates
February: Ticket sale for train and coach travel opens via www.2012.sperjderne.dk for registered groups and workers. The reservation system remains open until the Jamboree but we cannot guarantee seats under the Jamboree arrangements beyond 1 May. Nor can we guarantee reservations for extra participants together with already booked seats.
Until 1 May the number of reservations can be altered. Refunds are not possible after 1 May.
Latest on 1 June confirmation of reservations and travel itineraries will be sent out.
